Coming soon

Two workbooks for
the boring bit

Everyone has advice. Almost nobody gives you somewhere to keep track of whether any of it worked. That is what these are for.

What is coming

Two things,
done properly

Both are being finished now. The waitlist gets a look inside before either goes on sale.

01

The Skincare Workbook

Printable, and a version you can fill in on screen

A place to actually write it down. What you put on your face, when, and what your skin did about it. Built so you can spot the pattern instead of guessing every time something flares.

  • Morning and evening routine pages
  • A twelve week tracker
  • Ingredient notes in plain English
  • Space for what did not work, which is the useful bit
02

The Eating Plans

Weekly plans with the shopping list already done

Structure, not rules. Each plan comes with a week of meals, the list to take to the shop, and swaps for the days you cannot be bothered. Made for real weeks, including the messy ones.

  • A full week of meals per plan
  • Shopping list sorted by aisle
  • Swaps for the days it all goes sideways
  • Prep notes so Sunday does its share

Written to be used

Pages you fill in, not pages you admire. If it does not survive a real week, it does not go in.

Built around your week

Everything assumes you have a job, a social life, and days where you eat toast at 11pm.

No miracle talk

No promises about your skin or your body. Just structure, and somewhere to keep track of what happens.

Be first

Know before
everyone else

Leave your email and you will hear the moment there is something real to look at, with a proper preview before you spend anything.

What are you after?

One email when it launches. Nothing else, and no passing your address to anyone.

Questions

The obvious ones

When can I actually buy these?
They are being finished now. The waitlist hears first, before anything goes on sale publicly, and you will get a proper look at what is inside before you decide.
How much will they cost?
Not set yet. It will be an honest price for a digital workbook rather than a course-sized one, and the waitlist will know before anyone else.
Is this medical advice?
No, and it is not meant to be. These are organisational tools. If you have a skin condition or a health concern, please talk to a doctor or a dermatologist. Nothing here replaces that.
Digital or a physical book?
Digital to start with. You can print it or fill it in on a tablet, whichever you actually stick with.
Will you email me constantly?
No. One email when there is something to see. You can leave the list from any of them, in one click.
